Online Furniture start-ups Rethink strategies due to slow online growth

Furniture is big industry and so many startup entering this line so all of them making attacking strategies to get more customer and more sales.

Gross monthly sales of Urbanladder is 20 to 25 crore in compare 45 Crore of pepperfry .both company planning to m&A with small retailer to reach more customer and also it will save cost and time of each transaction as most of the furniture is big size so it is better to arrange transport till nearest place from targeted customer.

flipkart is planning to add 35 category in private sale with target of 100 crore of each category and pepperfry is planning to invest US$6 million for increase store 17 to 50 by end of this year.

livspace is planing big role in market and gathering more share form all major online port and main time major 10 furniture  expanding there business by online portal and there is many chance to merger or acquisition with exiting player, 

Most of the important thing is 55% part of total sale is commercial furniture and most f the big customer go BB portals so anyway competition is increasing in Indian market of furniture and there is lot of chance to see major change in Buying process of customer and saling process of company
