Order Execution Process in Furniture and Handicrafts Exporter of India

Ø  Step 1 - Selection of Design
Ø  2 Email of Quote sheet with price as per order quantity 
Ø  All communication for final order and specification
Ø  Proforma Invoice for Final order quantity
Ø  Customer Confirm order, remit Advance and send us TT copy
Ø  Once we get advance we will start production ( normally 21 to 45 days depend on order)
Ø  Once in a week we will update about production with Photograph
Ø  We will send final production picture once goods ready for running article and new article we will produce first sample and after approval we start final production   
Ø  We will send you video and high resolution image with content for website purpose
Ø  Packing will be international standard or as per buyer requirement.
Ø  We will send Final invoice and PL for Balance Payment and shipping purpose
Ø  If you want We can also arrange quote from shipping company
Ø  Once we finalized shipping company we will handover goods to ICD for Next step
Ø  Once container is stuffed we will send you picture of stuffing
Ø  Shipping company will take goods jodhpur ICD to Mundra

Ø  We will send docs ( BL , Fumigation , GSP/COO} or surrender in India for release goods in your country
